An in depth evaluation of your loved one to establish the stage of dementia they are experiencing.
We will discuss changes in the environment, work out any obstacles that are occurring and develop a routine.
I leave you with a "care book" that can be used by you and/or staff involved in the care of your loved one.
This is a hands on service and can take up to 2 weeks. Includes one follow up.
